Synq Managed Spaces Pvt. Ltd., along with its affiliates (collectively “Synq.work,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), prioritizes your privacy.   • h) Exchanges, plus any info you purposefully share, dispatch, or obtain through the Services, including emails, SMS, Slack, feedback tool requests, automated chats, Amazon Echo or akin voice aids, calendar invites, and content you opt to provide—like photos, videos, blog posts, interests, hobbies, lifestyle options, and associated groups—and transmissions via the Services;
  • i) Device and Engagement Data, covering computer or device details and internet or electronic network activity. This encompasses:
  • j) Device markers, e.g., IP address, Wi-Fi MAC address, and Bluetooth address;
  • k) Positioning data, via mobile GPS or Wi-Fi signals, and contact info, per device settings;
  • l) Online activity details, collected via standard web tools like cookies, pixels, beacons, logs, etc., and offline activities, such as events attended at Synq.work sites; and
  • m) Sensor-collected data on Service use, via Spatial and Occupancy Analytics Sensors (“SOA Sensors”) in offices, kitchens, meeting rooms, and other visited areas, to foster efficient and comfy Service utilization. SOA Sensor examples: desk usage sensors, environmental monitors, Wi-Fi hubs, and optical camera sensors.
  • n) Other Personal Data, besides the aforementioned, including instant messaging and social handles, usernames, emergency contact ties, vehicle info, visit time and intent, your photos, and files or data inputted, uploaded, or stored via Services, e.g., search queries and uploaded documents. We also manage Personal Data in content added to your member profile or community.
4. INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT YOU
  • o Third-Party Sources. We procure Personal Data about you from your company, employer, partner, authorized rep, or host if visiting our premises. We may also get it from publicly/commercially available sources per law, and affiliated third parties. We merge this with existing Personal Data where essential for requested Services. If from a third party, we ensure it's a legitimate source.
  • o Google and Other Third-Party Analytics. We utilize “Google Analytics” to amass Website Service usage data (e.g., visit frequency, pages viewed, prior sites). It captures only your visit IP, not name or identifiers. Not combined with Personal Data. We might employ other analytics for similar online Service info.
  • o “Do Not Track.” If enabled, your browser may send “do-not-track” signals to our sites/services. Upon selection, Synq.work halts tracking.
  • o Mobile Computing. We supply mobile-optimized sites/resources. Mobile Services may need account login, associating usage with accounts. Synq.work enables app/widget/tool downloads for mobile/other devices. Some store device info, transmit Personal Data for account access and tool tracking. Some allow emailing tool reports/info.
5. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Broadly, we use your Personal Data to:
  • a) supply Services, including digital/physical events and requested items;
  • b) defend against fraud, misuse, or harm, and uphold a Secure Environment (“Secure Environment” denotes physical/online settings);
  • c) handle or meet support requests;

  • e) notify you of Services, promotions, contests, provide tailored ads, heighten engagement, and communicate via email, phone, mail, or specified means; and
  • f) adhere to legal duties and enforce rights, e.g., contractual fulfillment, financial reporting, court orders, warrants, or subpoenas per law.
6. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA IF RESIDENT IN THE UK AND EU
  • a. Processing your Personal Data as noted is vital for contractual duties to you/your company, KYC per law, and our legitimate interests in Service provision. Interests include secure environments, analyzing/improving/tailoring products/Services, efficiency, contract fulfillment, fraud prevention.
  • b. Per applicable law, you may object to uses, as in Section 9.
7. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

  • d) Landlords and Building Management. Sometimes, share with Synq.work property landlords/managers for effective operations.
  • e) Research/Survey Solicitations. Occasionally, share for (online/offline) surveys. Voluntary; data for research/reporting/Service quality improvement. Responses gauge effectiveness of Services/comms/ads, aggregated.
  • f) Other Parties When Required by Law and as Necessary to Provide and Protect Our Services. We may disclose to others:
    • i) for you/company-requested Services;
    • ii) legal compliance, e.g., auditors, lawyers, CPAs, financial advisors, consultants;
    • iii) law adherence or legal process/government/law enforcement response;
    • iv) fraud detection/prevention, policy enforcement;
    • v) protect Synq.work rights, property, safety, or affiliates/partners/members/employees;
    • vi) as law requires.
  • We share thus for legal obligations or legitimate interests against fraud/claims.
  • g) Other Parties in Connection with a Corporate Transaction. Disclose/share in business/asset purchase/sale/finance/transfer/acquisition, e.g., merger, bankruptcy/reorganization/liquidation.
  • h) Other Third-Party Partners, in Connection With your Membership Agreement. If agreement permits and law allows, share contact info with select partners for additional membership services. Opt-out by contacting Synq.work; no obligation to engage/buy unless agreed.
  • i) Other Third-Party Partners, With Your Consent. May seek consent to share for special offers/promos/materials. With consent, use/publicize name/likeness/personal traits for ads/promo/commercial purposes.
8. THIRD PARTIES THAT PROVIDE CONTENT OR FUNCTIONALITY ON OUR SERVICES
  • We collaborate with third parties to gather/analyze/use described Personal Data. E.g.:
  • a) Third parties offering Service features via plug-ins. Even without interaction, they collect IP/pages viewed.
  • b) Ad providers for ads on/ off Services, targeted by behavior; analytics for usage measurement.
  • c) Content providers for products/services, contests/sweepstakes/surveys on Services.
  • d) SOCIAL MEDIA: Active on social media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook). Share info/images/videos publicly via external sites. Won't edit comments but may delete if unrelated, commercial, obscene/threatening/harassing, attacks, hate speech targeting protected groups, illegal advocacy, or copyright violation.
9. RIGHTS IN YOUR INFORMATION: ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, ERASURE, AND RESTRICTION
  • We respect your data rights. Per law, you may:
  • a) request if we store/use/share Personal Data, informed of shared third parties;
  • b) access/copy your Personal Data;
  • c) get electronic copy of provided Personal Data or transfer to another (“data portability”);
  • d) restrict/object to uses/sharing as above;
  • e) correct inaccurate/incomplete Personal Data; some self-service tools for updates;
  • f) request erasure/anonymization/blocking of your Personal Data, subject to legal exceptions;
  • g) withdraw processing consent; withholding/withdrawing may limit Service features;
  • h) object to automated decisions affecting rights, request human review;

10. OPT-OUT and WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

  • Where consented to Synq.work use of “sensitive” Personal Data (e.g., health, beliefs, biometrics for ID) (“Sensitive Personal Data”), withdraw per law. Before third-party disclosure or repurposing Sensitive Personal Data, seek explicit consent (opt-in). Comply with law/contract where required.
12. EMAIL AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
  • a) Opting Out of Marketing Communications. Provide unsubscribe for marketing emails. Continue transactional emails for requests. May send operational/admin emails, non-opt-out, e.g., Terms/Policy updates. To stop contact, terminate relationship/Services.
  • b) Collaboration. Don't sell Personal Data for third-party direct marketing. Partner for events/programs; provided info available to partner, possible post-event comms. See partner's policy for opt-out.
  • c) Text Messages. May send Service/transaction SMS. Opt-out anytime by replying STOP.
13. RETENTION
  • Synq.work retains Personal Data during relationship, plus seven (7) years post-end for legal compliance.
  • Post-purpose, retention considers time needed to:
  • a) Develop/tailor/upgrade/improve Services;
  • b) Keep records for analysis/audit;
  • c) Meet legal retention;
  • d) Defend/bring claims; or Address Service complaints.
14. INFORMATION SECURITY
  • Securing provided Personal Data matters to us. Synq.work employs reasonable technical/organizational safeguards against unauthorized/unlawful processing, accidental loss/destruction/damage. No internet transmission/storage 100% secure; can't guarantee. Transmit at own risk. Aid security with strong passwords, no sharing credentials/badges, log out, best practices.
15. AUTOMATED PROCESSING
  • Future automated processes may assess eligibility for new services/space/opportunities. Where applicable/law requires, implement safeguards like human intervention, viewpoint expression, decision contest, or restrict Personal Data use. Using Services/providing Personal Data consents electronic comms on security/privacy/admin issues. Breach notice via Services post, mail, or email.
16. OTHER RIGHTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • a) CCTV: Synq.work facilities have CCTV for legitimate interests in safeguarding employees/members/vendors/guests/property. Recordings accessible by Synq.work, may share with authorized members/third parties. Share with authorities per law if needed. Retained limited time, longer for incidents/authority requests.
  • b) THIRD PARTIES: Policy doesn't cover non-Synq.work entities' privacy/data/services/practices. Display third-party ads/content linking external sites we don't control. Links for convenience, not endorsement. Subject to their privacy/terms. Can't control third-party privacy/content. Read their policies before submitting Personal Data. Their collection/use/disclosure governs, not this Policy. Not responsible for third-party data/privacy/sharing/content.
17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY IN THE FUTURE
  • Collected info covered by then-effective Policy. Reserve right to amend anytime at discretion. Material changes notified via Services/email/other, as law requires; update “Last Updated.” Review periodically for use/protection awareness/changes. Continued relationship post-amended Policy binds you. Changes effective immediately post-provision by Synq.work.
